Services for Police: On-Going Technical Support

Sustained support in the form of consultation, trouble shooting, post-training discussion groups, and ongoing evaluation are offered as part of the effort to sustain the training effort and to support operationalizing new approaches. Below, various forms of technical assistance are described:

Consultation

Support is offered in these areas:

data collection and analysis;
organizational restructuring;
communication efforts to parents, schools, community programs, and teens;
facilitating meetings between officers, youth workers, teens, parents;
teen-friendly complaints processes;
trouble shooting in “hot spots.”
